Making a reservation

We do require deposit money and we accept payment by most methods except credit cards, we do not accept credit cards. We do accept Travellers checks, money orders, cash when sent by secure mail, and bank-to-bank transfers

For an Apartment rental we ask for 30% deposit before your reservation is secured. We also require that you print out a copy of our Contract, sign it and return to us with your deposit. Please read the contract carefully.

For a Bed and Breakfast rental the deposit amount depends on your length of stay. Our minimum deposit amount is one night in advance; if you are staying more than 3 nights then the deposit amount shifts to 30%.
