Please read carefully (and make the necessary arrangements) about what is expected upon your arrival to avoid any problems.

Before you receive the keys:

1. The balance is due for your apartment rental.

2. In addition, (for apartment rental only) a fee of 75 € is required upon arrival. This is a cleaning deposit. There are cleaning supplies available in each apartment. Your deposit money will be returned if the apartment is cleaned properly and nothing is damaged.

3. Check-in hours, 14:00 to 21:30, check-out not later than 11:00.

4. Sleeping bags are not acceptable.

In case of cancellation, total or partial:

1. More than 75 days prior to the date of arrival, 15% of the total amount is due.2. Between 75 days and 61 days prior to the date of arrival, 25% of the total amount is due.3. Between 60 days and 16 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount is due.4. Less than 16 days before the date of arrival the sum total of the amount is due to Nun Obeki Chambres d'Hotes et Appartements.

Renting of sheets/towels for the apartments: Sheets are rented as a pair of sheets, 4.60 € per pair; towels rent for 3 € (2 per person).

Dogs (small only) 3 € per day Chambre d’Hote, 15 € per week in an apartment, extra people must be discussed with us.

Before your reservation can be accepted we require a 30% deposit and this “CONFIRMATION of RESERVATION” signed and returned to us.

Payment: We accept French checks, money orders, Travellers Checks, cash (sent be secure mail), bank transfers, we do not accept credit cards.
