All of our rooms have individual bathrooms which include sink, w.c., and bathtub or shower. Each room features new mattresses for the beds (four star quality Simmons) and each bedroom has a new color television. The apartments have complete kitchens with refrigerator, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee maker and all necessary utensils and dishes. For the apartments you are expected to provide the towels and linen but if necessary you may rent those from us for 3 - 4.60 euros. We do accept dogs, 10 pound max. and you must ask first, but they must be under control when outside and you are responsible for their messes. Barking is not welcome, to us or the other guests. Parking at our residence is private, but limited. We do our best to accommodate a special room request but this cannot be guaranteed.
We have apartments of 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 adultes.

"Rive Droite" The bedroom size is 4.3m x 3.2m, there
is a sloped roof at the end of the bedroom.
The effective total sqaure area is 24m2,2nd floor, our smallest apartment
and therefore our least expensive. This apartment will only accommodate 2 adults and 1 child comfortably.

Bathroom: 1.6m x 1.9m; shower, w.c., sink, hair dryer, 3m2
Kitchen: L-shaped with sloped area at the side, stove,
refrig., microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils.
"Le Pavillon"; This is our new construction. It has two levels, each level is a 3 bedroom
apartment capable of accommodating up to 6 people. Each bedroom has a TV and it's own private bathroom
with shower, w.c., sink, hairdryer. The kitchen is a full kitchen with eating area. Each bedroom
and kitchen also features a terrace. In addition the upper floor includes a loft area capable
of sleeping 2 children. The upper floor is labeled M1, M2 and M3 while the lower is L1, L2 and
L3. Level M is slightly more expensive because of the loft and the cathedral ceiling in the
kitchen and bedroom(s).
It is possible to rent these units as 1 bedroom (L1,M1), 2 bedroom (L2,M2) or 3 bedroom apartments (L3,M3).
Bedrooms: 3.5m x 3.2m, beds are either 2 x 90cm or 1 of 140cm.
Kitchens: 4.75m x 3.2m, full kitchen and eating area.
Bathrooms: 2m x 1.15m, sink, w.c., shower, hair dryer.
